Rose Blushes I Love!
Hey Friends! Some makeup products come and go in my collection, but blush is one thing I use every single day. Even when I'm wearing minimal makeup, a little color on my cheeks instantly makes me look more awake, fresh, and put together.
Lately, I've been gravitating toward soft rose-toned blushes. They're easy to wear, flattering on so many skin tones, and give that natural "just came back from a walk" flush that I absolutely love. These two blushes have been on repeat in my makeup routine recently.
1. Peripera Pure Blushed Sunshine Cheek – 05 Dusky Rose ($6)
If you're a fan of subtle, natural-looking blush, this one is definitely worth checking out. The shade Dusky Rose is a beautiful muted rose that adds just the right amount of color without looking overpowering. Whenever I want that soft, effortless makeup look, this is usually the blush I reach for. One of my favorite things about this formula is how easy it is to blend. The powder is finely milled and melts into the skin beautifully, making it almost impossible to overdo.
2. Lilybyred Luv Beam Cheek – 03 Mood Rose ($8)
This blush gives me a slightly more noticeable rosy glow while still looking natural. The shade Mood Rose has a lovely balance between pink and rose tones, making it incredibly versatile for everyday makeup. Whenever I want my cheeks to have a little more presence, this is the one I choose. The formula blends smoothly and layers beautifully, so I can keep it soft for daytime or build it up for a more vibrant look. It also has a beautiful blurred effect on the skin that makes my cheeks look smooth and fresh.
These two blushes prove that you don't need to spend a fortune to achieve beautiful, natural-looking cheeks. The Peripera blush gives me that soft, understated rose flush, while the Lilybyred blush adds a touch more color and radiance. If I had to choose just one, I'd probably pick the Peripera for everyday wear because it's so effortless and versatile. But honestly, I love having both in my collection because they create slightly different moods.
