Healthy Hair: Must!
Hair care has been a bit of trial and error for me. Some days my hair feels smooth and manageable, other days it turns dry for no reason at all.
I’ve tried to keep things simple, and these three ended up being the ones I keep going back to—each one fits a different kind of hair day.
1. L’Oréal Absolut Repair Oil
This one reminds me of those “good hair days in a bottle.” Just a small amount already makes my hair look more put together. It adds a soft shine without making everything feel heavy, which I really appreciate. I usually use it after washing my hair, when it’s slightly damp. It helps tame the ends that tend to look rough, especially if I’ve been using heat tools. What I notice most is how it makes my hair feel smoother to the touch, not stiff or coated.
2. Nik’s Pick Hair Serum
This feels lighter and more casual. I don’t think too much when I use it—it’s more like a quick fix before heading out. If my hair looks a bit messy or frizzy, I just apply a little and it looks neater instantly. It doesn’t feel too oily, which makes it easy to reapply during the day. I often keep it around for those moments when my hair needs a small refresh, not a full routine.
3. Kérastase Paris
This one feels a bit more “intentional,” like something I use when I want to take better care of my hair, not just fix it quickly. The texture is richer, and it gives a more polished result overall. I tend to use it when my hair feels extra dry or after styling. It brings back that smooth, healthy look that sometimes disappears after a long day. It’s not something I rush with—I take my time when applying it.
Each of these has its own place in my routine. L’Oréal feels like my everyday helper, Nik’s Pick works as a quick touch-up, and Kérastase is more of a “treat your hair better” kind of product. I don’t rely on just one anymore—it really depends on what my hair feels like that day, and I’ve learned to just go with that.
